The applied supervision course provides you with powerful and transformational knowledge about yourself and your team. We will dig deep into who you are and where you want to go as a supervisor. We will identify how to cut out the political and posturing noise. We will discuss how to apply strategies of emotional intelligence and team dynamics to help your team thrive and produce great results. These sessions are designed for breakthroughs and light-bulb moments that will inspire you to act.

This course challenges you to think about yourself and how you can enhance your skills as a leader and coach to your team. If you want your team thriving, then you need to be thriving. This course has four (4) modules and provides tools and resources you need to enhance your leadership skills - which leads to increased levels of trust, respect, and a high-performing team. This course is a hybrid approach that includes includes self-guided discovery, coaching sessions, one personality assessment, and a manager toolkit that you can use with your team.

Emotional Intelligence Junkie
Knowledge about yourself is powerful and transformational. If you are a personality assessment junkie, this program explores the intersectionality of well-known assessments. You will dig deep into your own emotional intelligence, and identify actionable steps to thrive in your life. You will better understand you, relationships (platonic or romantic), team dynamics, conflict management, and more. This package includes self-guided discovery, coaching sessions, assessment toolkit, and access to multiple assessment instruments such as CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Reframing Your Mindset.
